I installed these louvers (4"x12" overall ) to help keep the temp well below the red line. All my engine

  gauges are set up in centigrade and the louvers decreased CHT by 25 degrees C with OAT at

44 degrees C. It was well worth the effort to install these louvers. They are manufactured by Don Ross

214-327-7312 http://www.dwrfab.net  .

 

I made this panel from .090 material with .063 angle on top and bottom.

This should make it more sturdy in high stress areas like the throttle quadrant.

 

Below is the  final configuration of my panel.

Interior was done by DJ at www.cleavelandtool.com  . I sent the leather to DJ and ask to get it back ASAP and received it back in 10 days. But now days that is impossible, you need to give her at least 2 to 3 months to fit you on her very demanding schedule. My interior  turned out absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend DJ she and her crew do superb work. 

 

 

   Just doin.. some shop flying and checking out the seats.

This is the EXP Bus wired and working  very nicely. Tie wraps were used to make a neat installation.

                                                                              

The next picture is the fuel system plumbed on the firewall.
